A pair of Chinook helicopters were spotted over Bovingdon, possibly carrying Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on his surprise UK visit.
In the latest leg of the his tour of western allies, he met Rishi Sunak at Chequers and a Bovingdon woman believes she snapped the leader’s transport overhead after he left the Buckinghamshire country house.
Hazel Richardson snapped the picture shortly before 12pm today (May 15) after Mr Zelensky left the two-hour meeting at around 11.50am, which would line up if they were taking him to Luton airport.
