Revised plans have been submitted to demolish two homes and build an apartment block.
The application to replace 91 and 93 King Georges Avenue with a 9 flat apartment block was received by Watford Borough Council on August 10.
It follows another application which was refused permission on January 21 and multiple other previous applications.

The inspector dismissed the appeal on the grounds that the “proposal would cause unacceptable harm to the living conditions of the occupiers of 95 King Georges Avenue and 12-28 Cassiobridge Road.”
The new application aims to prevent the “unacceptable harm” by increasing the distance from other properties, reducing the buildings footprint, and responding to other comments.
The proposed flats would consist of three one bed flats for two, five three beds for five people, and six larger three beds for six, with the potential for 37 residents.
The new apartments would be next-door to another 12 flat apartment block, which required 87 and 89 King Georges Avenue to be knocked down in 2005.
Nine parking spaces are also proposed.
