Three Watford Joggers were in action on Saturday as they took part in the first St Albans 5k parkrun.
First of the trio to cross the line was Linda McQuaid, who clocked a time of 25.55 over the course, while husband Douglas was not far behind with a personal best of 26.28.
Completing the Joggers representation was Karen Smith, finishing shortly after Douglas in a time of 26.36.
Elsewhere, Paul Emery was in action in Norfolk as he competed in the King’s Lynn parkrun event.
Emery produced a fine performance to post a time of 20.49, finishing in an impressive tenth place in a small field.
