Hornets defender Dale Bennett would like to extend his stay on loan at Brentford.
Bennett was in all but seven of Watford's squads last season, making eight starts and 12 appearances in total.
The 22-year-old has not made a single appearance for Watford this season though and has only been on the bench four times.
Bennett was initially loaned to Brentford at the end of October but he returned after his goal-scoring debut due to injury.
The centre half rejoined the Bees when the transfer window reopened on a month-long loan and has started all three games since.
Bennett is now keen to remain at Griffin Park until the end of the season.
He told the Hounslow Chronicle: “I'm enjoying it. I'm still getting up to speed and hopefully I'll be fully fit soon.
“It's good to be playing week in, week out. It was always my hope that I would be able to come back here once I was fit again.
“I would definitely like to stay on for as long as I can.”
