Watford podcast From The Rookery End is available now and the latest edition includes an interview with the new Supporters Trust chairman John Fawell.
Before this afternoon, the Hornets owner Laurence Bassini had yet to answer supporters' questions after failing to attend the fans forum and rejected several requests for interviews from the Watford Observer.
But Bassini did meet with a few members of the Watford Supporters' Trust last month and new chairman Fawell discusses the meeting with the creators of the podcast - Jon Moonie, Mike Parkin and Jason Bailey.
Moonie said: “The Supporters Trust is a really important organisation, who work hard to ensure the views of Watford fans are represented. Our five simple questions for Laurence Bassini are still unanswered, but you’ll hear our chat with Watford Supporters Trust Chair John Fawell, who has met and spoke to the man.”
Other interviews include striker Chris Iwelumo and former centre half Steve Terry, in what has proved to be yet another successful week for the podcast.
“We also spoke to Chris Iwelumo and legend Steve Terry who has added an item to our list of ‘Watford in 100 objects’. Fans of a certain age won’t have any trouble figuring out what object went it.”
At Saturday's game, the podcast also used social networking sites to interact with fans to hear match reaction for the first time.
Moonie said: “The response was very good and the listeners helped spur on our conversations. We asked the questions that we felt most fans will be talking about at the moment, for example, who are you most worried about losing in the transfer market.
"In the light of some high profile players returning to their clubs, we also asked who they would most like to see back at Vicarage Road.”
The podcast is free to download from iTunes or www.fromtherookeryend.com.
