Tickets for the FA Cup tie with Tottenham Hotspur are now on sale and are limited to just one ticket per fan.
Season ticket holders have been able to purchase their ticket since 10am this morning, although only those in the Vicarage Road Stand, who are all being relocated, are able to do so by phone at present.
The rest can only book online until after the Reading game on Saturday, where all season ticket holders are able to buy in person. Fans in the Rookery and Rous Stand can then purchase their seats on the phone from Monday.
Those without a season ticket are able to buy tickets from 10pm on Thursday, January 19 as long as they have purchased tickets for at least one home game this season.
Watford explained supporters in the Family Stand are being relocated due to the lessons learned after the QPR match last season, when there was a large number of Rangers fans in the home stands.
Vicarage Road season ticket holders have been given priority and the £5 ticket for Under-16s in that stand is available.
The date and time of the match is yet to be confirmed as the TV companies need to decide which five of the 16 fourth round ties will be televised.
Anyone who buys a ticket before the date of the Spurs match is confirmed will be given a refund if they are then subsequently unable to attend.
Watford explained their decision-making process on the club's website.
It read: "Everyone here at Vicarage Road is extremely keen to ensure that no regular Hornets' fans miss out on the chance to see their team in action for what is a prestigious cup tie against Premier League Tottenham Hotspur.
"With over 13,000 seats available for Watford fans to purchase, the club is very confident that both season ticket holders and fans who've been to at least one match during 2011/12 will all be able to secure their place at this match.
"Ensuring that our season ticket holders and regular match ticket buyers were all able to enjoy the occasion, should they wish, was paramount in the club's decision-making process.
"And to reiterate regards the allocation of the full Vicarage Road Stand to Spurs' fans, this was not a mandatory action, more a decision taken having learned the lessons of the most recent high-profile matches at Vicarage Road and with a wish to help minimise instances of away supporters being present in home areas of the ground."
