Beth Hedley won gold in the doubles at the European Youth Championships in Munich.
The 16-year-old Watford YBC ten pin bowler competed for the England team and won the doubles with Hannah Frost.
Hedley also picked up a silver in the team featuring Autum Chamberlain, Frost and Danielle Gates.
There were 33 countries taking part in the largest tournament for junior bowlers in Europe.
Hedley, who goes to Rickmansworth School, also won bronze overall for her performance in the different events. The teenagers was only two pins away from winning silver overall.
