Watford Jogger Bob Wallace competed at the Maidenhead Easter 10 mile road race.
Wallace finished one of his favourite races in a time of 1.33.12. Mark Studdart also completed the distance in 1.20.00.
Tim Woolridge ran his first road race for two years at the Rotary Easter Quarter Marathon in Bournemouth. He faded a little in the hot windless conditions after four miles but still clocked a time of 49.23.
Sarah Coltman, performed well at the Stockley Park 10K finishing in 58.50. Jackie Armstrong also ran at the event held on Monday.
Huw Hamer took in the Cardiff park run over 5k breaking the tape in 23.00 for a new personal best.
Nigel Higgs attended the Slough Black Park 5k time trial and recorded a time of 28.21.
