Soon-to-be-released Watford scholars Adam Fenwick and Oliver Archer are currently on trial at Brentford and will play in the Bees’ Reserve team game with Aldershot this afternoon.
The Hornets pair were two of the second-year scholars not handed professional contracts by first team manger Malky Mackay and have been allowed to use the rest of the season to try to find another club.
Brentford’s second string has named several trialists in their squad for today, including Chelsea defender Ben Sampayo, Reading striker Warren Morgan and Fulham duo Jonathan Cosgrove and Aaron Pierre.
