Former Saracens back Gavin Henson has been suspended for a week by Toulon for breaching the French club's disciplinary code.

The controversial Wales talent scored a try on his debut for Toulon last month following an unsuccessful spell with Sarries.

Saracens signed Henson in October but he only made one start for the club. The 29-year-old swiftly moved to France after being released from his contract in February.

But has been suspended because, according to a statement from Toulon, "he did not respect the code of good behaviour defined by the club".
