Watford Jogger Kenneth Berry made a steady comeback from injury at the Taunton half marathon.
The Watford Jogger surprised his team-mates with a competitive time of 1.36.56.
Bob Wallace took part in the Sandy ten mile road race in Bedfordshire. He found the last two miles challenging and could not quite manage his target of 90 minutes as he finished in 1.34.52.
The weekly 5k Black Park time trial at Slough saw young Andy Dean break the Joggers course record with an excellent time of 19.15. The talented Brian James was close behind in 19.35 while James Gamble came through in 21.36.
Jane Molloy tried the 5k time trial at Enfield, Grovelands, finishing in 26.44.
