Watford youngster Jonathan Bond has been called up to the full Wales squad for their qualifying games with Bulgaria and Switzerland.
The 17-year-old has yet to make his debut for the Hornets first team but is highly rated and has been promoted from the Wales Under-21 squad.
The second-year scholar, who has been on the bench for Watford six times in the last two seasons, is one of two uncapped players in the 24-man squad, along with Swansea City's David Cornell.
Bond is the latest Hornet to receive a call-up for their country, with Scott Loach and Stephen McGinn set to represent England and Scotland at Under-21 level and Adam Thompson is expected to start for the Northern Ireland Under-19s against Germany and Switzerland.
