Forest Green Rovers have appointed former Watford academy coach David Hockaday as their new manager.
The 51-year-old spent seven years working with the Hornets' academy and was also first-team coach under former boss Aidy Boothroyd. He was sacked from the club in January 2007 after the club struggled following promotion to the Premier League.
Hockaday has since been working as youth team coach at Southampton but has accepted the opportunity to lead Rovers in the Blue Square Premier.
