Top class 18-hole golf facilities on the edge of Watford have been recognised with a national award.

The Grove won the title of England’s Best Golf Hotel at the World Golf Awards in Madeira, Spain.

The 11th annual ceremony, held at the end of last month, aims to celebrate and reward excellence in golf tourism.

“The exceptional facilities we offer, both on and off the course, reflect our commitment to maintaining the highest standards every day.

“We're proud to provide golfers with not only a challenging and rewarding course but also a unique opportunity to unwind in luxury, enjoying our world-class hospitality, spa and dining experiences.”
