Watford fans now know which numbered ball to look out for when the FA Cup Third Round draw takes place on Monday.

The FA have confirmed the Hornets will be ball No. 41 when the draw takes place from Old Trafford, the home of holders Manchester United.

It will be broadcast live on BBC2 and iPlayer from 7pm, as well as the FA’s social media channels for the competition.

The 20 second round ties start tonight when Harrogate Town face Gainsborough Trinity and are due to be completed on Sunday.

The victors will be joined by the 44 Premier League and Championship clubs in the next round, with ties to be played over the weekend of January 11.

Watford got beyond the third round for the first time in five years last season, beating Chesterfield 2-1 before they lost 3-0 in a fourth round replay at Southampton after the initial meeting had finished 1-1 at Vicarage Road.
