Anthony Joshua was back in town as he attended a “fantastic” community services fun day.

Charity You Matter, which offers help, support, and guidance to vulnerable people in the Watford area, organised the celebration in Meriden Park with the area's residents' association yesterday (June 9).

Fairground rides, a bouncy castle, buckaroo, go-karts, outdoor games, live music, and motivational speakers featured between 1pm and 5pm, as well as more than 20 stall holders promoting of valuable services from adult learning, financial matters, foodbank services, childcare, mobility, housing, and community support.

You Matter’s Andre Best said: “A big thank you to all the stall holders, Watford Borough Council, Wenzel's, Meriden Residents Association, Clean Herts Community… and what a bonus when our local hero turned up, AJ himself.”
