The luxury five-star hotel has been a popular location for football teams readying themselves for North West London and Watford fixtures.
It hosted Lionel Messi and the Argentina squad before a game against Italy on June 1, 2022, and the England team set off from The Grove for the Euros final the year before.
Victory this afternoon would see City become the first English side to win the domestic double in successive seasons and give them an extra trophy to show off on their planned open-top bus tour of Manchester on Sunday.
