"I'd said to the players, when you get to Wembley and you win that game on May 31, you will experience things that you've never experienced in your life, and some of you will cry.
"And that was it . . . tears myself. It was a great day."
The words of the late Graham Taylor, shortly after his Watford team had beaten Bolton Wanderers 2-0 at Wembley on Monday May 31, 1999, to achieve promotion to the Premier League.
