The Watford Observer’s Andrew French made a guest appearance on a national radio station last night to discuss the sacking of Valerien Ismael.
The former Hornets head coach was axed following Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at home to Coventry City, with Tom Cleverley now in charge on an interim basis.
Speaking to Hugh Woozencroft and former Arsenal winger Adrian Clarke on TalkSport2's EFL: All Access show, our Watford FC correspondent sought to give balance to the predictable jokes about the number of head coaches there have been at Vicarage Road during the Pozzo era and why the sacking of Ismael was not a surprise.
Andrew also discussed the January transfer window, the depth of the squad and what it might be capable of until the end of the season, and whether the club might be sold.
