A referee is set to take charge of a Championship fixture involving Watford for the second time this season when Valerien Ismael’s side bid to end their dreadful run of home form tomorrow.
The EFL website has confirmed that Robert Madley has been appointed to officiate in the match against play-off-hunting Coventry City as the Hornets seek a first league win in nine attempts at Vicarage Road.
The West Yorkshire official, who was in the middle for the 3-3 draw at Plymouth Argyle on New Year’s Day, has taken charge of 21 league and cup games this season and has issued a total of 100 yellow cards and five reds.
Craig Taylor and Darren Williams are due to be the assistant referees for the 3pm kick-off, with Matt Corlett on fourth official duties.
