Midfielder Junior Gyamfi has signed a one-year contract with Watford’s Academy, with the option of a further year.
The 19-year-old began his career at MK Dons, and while still only 18 he scored twice in eight appearances while on loan at Hertford Town of the Southern League Division One Central.
Returning to MK Dons for the start of last season, Gyamfi made a senior appearance in an EFL Trophy tie against Cheltenham in August 2022.

He spent the latter half of last season on loan at Southern League Premier Division Central side, where he scored four times in 25 appearances.
“I’m really excited to get going,” he said.
“I have been here on trial for the past four weeks and everyone has been really welcoming and has really brought me in as part of the team. I’m excited to see how far this group can go.
“I’m a hard worker and I’m ready to do anything for the win. I occupy the middle of the park and I try to get the team going.
“I was at MK Dons for three years, and I have got a lot of experience under my belt which has helped me to understand men’s football better.
“It’s all valuable experience because men’s football is totally different to academy football, and I feel like I’m ready to show everyone what I can do. I want to win as many games as possible with the Under-21s, train well and get involved with the first-team.”
