Winger Joseph Hungbo has completed a permanent move to German Second Division side 1. FC Nürnberg.
The 23-year-old made only seven Championship appearances for Watford last season, all of them from the bench, and started in the Carabao Cup and FA Cup.
He was then loaned out to Huddersfield for the second half of the season, scoring three times in 14 outings.

Hungbo arrived at Watford in summer 2019, having been released by Crystal Palace.
He made one appearance in the FA Cup during the 2019/20 season and then made six outings for Aldershot on loan in the National League during the first half of the 2020/21 campaign.
He returned to Watford at the start of 2021, and made five appearances from the bench.
Former Watford boss Malky Mackay took him on loan for the entire 2021/22 season at Ross County, and Hungbo made 33 appearances for the Scottish Premier League side, scoring six goals.
Hungbo played the second 45 minutes of the recent friendly at Boreham Wood, hitting the post in the 0-0 draw.
Nürnberg finished 14th in Bundesliga 2 last season, five places behind Kaiserslautern, who were Watford’s first ever European opponents in the 1984 UEFA Cup.
The Bavarian club drew 1-1 in a friendly with Arsenal last week.
