Midfielder Ismael Kone yesterday became the latest of a number of Watford players to be called up for international duty.
The 20-year-old is in the Canada squad for their Concacaf Nations League Finals, being held in Las Vegas next weekend.
Canada face Panama in the semi-final on Thursday June 15, and victory would earn them a place in the final on Sunday June 18 against either USA or Mexico.

The Concacaf Nations League Finals is the first of two continental trophies for which the Canada National Team will compete this summer followed by the 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup set to kick off later this month.
Canada qualified for the Concacaf Nations League Finals after finishing top of their League A Group, following a 2-0 away win in Curaçao and a 4-0 home win over Honduras in Toronto.
Kone joined Watford in January from MLS side CF Montreal, signing a four-and-a-half year deal.
The midfielder then made his debut away at Reading in the FA Cup, and went on to make 17 appearances for the Hornets.
He made his international debut for Canada as a substitute in a 1-0 win over Costa Rica in a World Cup Qualifier in March 2022.
Kone now boasts 13 full caps, including three earned at the 2022 World Cup Finals, where he played in all of Canada’s group games against Belgium, Croatia and Morocco.
His most recent cap was in the 4-0 win over Honduras in March this year.
