A talented teenage boxer from Bushey is looking to follow in the footsteps of Anthony Joshua and Shannon Courtenay by collecting more titles as he continues to make positive strides in his promising junior career.
Wally Smith is preparing to fight in Bristol at the end of this month at the semi-finals of the National Amateur Boxing Championships after winning the London finals last weekend.
This comes after the 15-year-old Queens’ School student also recently won the English National Development Title at 66kg.
Smith has been with Finchley ABC for around a year, the same club where former world champions Joshua and Courtenay fought as amateurs.
