Back in June 2003, former Watford Observer photographer Pete Stevens took to the skies with Firecrest Aviation from Elstree to photograph the town and surrounding areas.
During his flight, he captured the images on this page which show the ground with the old Main Stand and Family Terrace area and before the flats for NHS workers had been built at the rear of the Rookery.
We began our look back through these aerial pictures last week, with aerial views of Stephenson Way and Radlett Road, Watford Junction and its surrounds and the town centre.
