Watford striker Andre Gray is poised to join Queens Park Rangers on a season-long loan, the Watford Observer understands.
The forward’s departure has been widely expected as the Hornets reshaped their striking options following their promotion back to the Premier League.
The 30-year-old, who is in the final year of his contract at Vicarage Road, and is now on the brink of linking up again with QPR boss Mark Warburton after a deal was agreed between the two clubs, the pair having previously worked together at Brentford.
The Jamaican international joined Watford in August 2017 but has found his opportunities frequently limited, scoring 21 times in a total of 125 league and cup appearances, the majority of which have come as a substitute.
