Philip Zinckerangel has left Watford and joined Nottingham Forest on loan for the season.
The attacking midfielder had hoped to stay with the Hornets and play his part in their Premier League campaign this season.
However, the decision has since been made to allow him to go out on loan to Forest, who registered their interest early in the transfer window.
In a recent club interview, the Dane said he was looking forward to the season beginning next weekend.
"I think we've been training really hard," he said. "Two weeks now until the Premier League is a relief, you can look forward and start thinking about the Premier League and playing real games again.”
His focus will now instead be with Forest and pushing for a good season with them in the Championship.
🤝 Best of luck to @pzincker, who has joined Nottingham Forest on a season-long loan.
