Barnsley have pulled out of Saturday's pre-season friendly with Watford at Vicarage Road.
A statement on the Tykes' website states that they are now facing Manchester City away on the same evening instead.
It reads: "Our planned pre-season friendly against Watford ahead of the 21/22 campaign has been cancelled.
We would like to thank all at Vicarage Road for their patience and understanding in this matter.
The Reds will now face Premier League champions, Manchester City on Saturday in a 6pm kick-off behind-closed-doors at City's academy stadium.
Further information regards any potential coverage of our final friendly of pre-season will be communicated later this week."
