Watford will face Barnsley and Crystal Palace during pre-season with matches against Nantes and Udinese now cancelled.
The Hornets were set to face the Ligue 1 side from which they signed Imran Louza earlier in the transfer window as well as the fellow Pozzo-owned club before the Premier League kicks off next month.
However, travel restrictions have resulted in the two matches being called off.
Instead, Watford will now host Barnsley at Vicarage Road on Saturday, July 31 at 4pm before travelling to Selhurst Park to face Palace for their final match of pre-season on Saturday August 7 at 3pm.
Their other two friendlies at home against West Bromwich Albion on July 24 and away at Stevenage on July 27 will both still take place.
The club has confirmed that supporters will be able to attend all four matches and will announce ticket details soon.
