Watford's trip to Brighton and Hove Albion will be broadcast live on Sky Sports and will now kick off at 5.30pm.
The game, which takes place on Saturday, August 21, is the first of the Hornets' fixtures to be selected for live television broadcast.
Watford have also said that their game away at Tottenham the week after is likely to change due to Spurs' involvement in the Europa Conference League.
A statement on the club website reads: "Hornets fans should also note that due to Tottenham Hotspur's Europa Conference League participation, Watford's trip to North London on Saturday August 28 is also likely to change.
"Confirmation of a new date and time for that fixture - as well as several others in November and December that are likely to be affected by Europa League schedules - will follow in due course."
Two of the Hornets' home games have also been confirmed for broadcast on Amazon Prime, who will be showing all fixtures currently scheduled for the midweek round at the beginning of December, and the late December midweek round between the Boxing Day bank holiday and New Year's Day, on December 28.
This means Watford's home fixtures against Chelsea and West Ham United will be shown on the streaming platform.
