AIDY BOOTHROYD has made a big call for this afternoon's (Saturday's) local derby against Queens Park Rangers by promoting Darius Henderson from the bench in favour of Marlon King as the Hornets go in search of their first home win in seven.
The only other change following Saturday's last-gasp 2-2 draw with Cardiff City sees Lee Williamson replace John-Joe O'Toole in the centre of the park. The Watford boss has also increased his out-field replacement options by not naming a substitute keeper.
Rangers boss Luigi De Canio, meanwhile, has shuffled his pack following the 2-1 reverse at Plymouth Argyle, making no fewer than four changes.
One of these was enforced with Mikele Leigertwood starting a three-game ban, but Akos Buzasky, Simon Walton and Rowan Vine have all been demoted to the bench in favour of Damion Stewart, back after suspension, Angelo Balanta, Marc Nygaard and Dexter Blackstock.
Watford: Lee; Doyley, DeMerit, Jackson, J Stewart; Smith, Williamson, Francis, McAnuff, Ellington, Henderson. Substitutes: Shittu, King, Mariappa, O'Toole, Ainsworth.
Queens Park Rangers: Camp; Barker, Rehman, D Stewart, Malcolm; Rowlands, Bolder, Balanta, Ainsworth; Nygaard, Balckstock. Substitutes: Buzsaky, Moore, Walton, Vine, Cole.
