Watford striker Luis Suarez will not play for Real Zaragoza in the Segunda Division playoffs after the Hornets rejected a request to further extend his loan deal.
The two clubs remained in discussion over Suarez's immediate future yesterday, but this morning the Spanish side have confirmed they player has now left.
Suarez is understood to have said goodbye to his Zaragoza teammates and will now assess his options ahead of next season.

He has been told he has a place at Watford should he wish to help them try and return to the Premier League, however he is not short of interest from elsewhere, with Barcelona known to be interested in his services, while other clubs in England and Germany have also contacted his representatives.
During his time at Zaragoza, Suarez scored 19 goals in 38 league outings.
The Hornets are keen for him to make a decision on his future as soon as possible, with just over five weeks remaining before the season begins.
