Watford and Leicester City are battling for the signatures of two players from France, according to recent reports.
Guingamp left-back Pedro Rebocho and Le Havre midfielder Pape Gueye are both believed to be attracting interest from the Hornets and the Foxes ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
Rebocho notched seven assists from 33 games in the recently-concluded season that saw his side finish bottom of Ligue 1.
Portuguese media outlet Abola have reported that both Watford and Leicester have made the 24-year-old their 'main target' for next season.
Elsewhere, French media outlet L'Equipe are reporting that 20-year-old Gueye is in the final year of his contract with the French second division side and that he is not keen on signing a new contract.
The report from France states that Gueye has been monitored by both clubs, as well as West Ham United, but no formal approach has been made by any English team yet, while Paris Saint-Germain and Marseille are also believed to be interested in a move for the midfielder.
