Watford striker Obbi Oulare has made his loan deal with Standard Liege a permanent transfer after a deal was agreed between both clubs.
The Belgian joined the Hornets in 2015, but was loaned to Zulte-Waregem, Willem II and then to Antwerp.
He joined Standard Liege last August, but injured his right tibia in December during a Europa League group match.
The 23-year-old returned to training with the team last week.
