Watford are reportedly ready to battle it out with a number of Premier League sides for the signing of Cameroon midfielder Andre Zambo Anguissa.
The 22-year-old is currently at Ligue 1 side Marseille where he has made 20 appearances this season and helped his side to third in the table.
French outlet La Provence claims Watford, West Ham United, Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion are all in the hunt to sign the 11-time capped international.
With speculation continuing to spiral around the future of Abdoulaye Doucoure, who revealed Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool were all interested in signing him earlier this week, Watford could be in the market for a new central midfielder.
The powerful Zambo Anguissa would appear to fit the bill but it is believed Marseille, who are in the hunt for Champions League qualification would be reluctant to sell.
