Dennon Lewis has joined League Two side Crawley Town on loan until December 31.
The 20-year-old will link up with former Hornets under-23 boss Harry Kewell, who worked with Lewis during his time at Vicarage Road.
Despite signing a three-year deal with Watford in 2015, Lewis is yet to make a first team appearance for the club and spent much of last season on loan at Woking.
He made 33 outings for the National League side, scoring four goals, and Kewell believes the youngster has the qualities to prosper at the Checkatrade.com Stadium.
He told the Crawley website: “Dennon is someone who I know from my time at Watford and I’m looking forward to working with him again.
“He’s got good pace and an eye for goal and is another quality addition to the squad – he gives me another option at my disposal.”
