Jerome Sinclair could be on his way to Brentford on loan in January, according to reports, with the 20-year-old striker still awaiting his Hornets debut.
The former Liverpool striker left Anfield in the summer to sign for Walter Mazzarri's side for a fee of £2 million split over two years.
But despite injuries to rivals Isaac Success and Stefano Okaka, and the indifferent form of Odion Ighalo, he has been unable to force his way into Mazzarri's plans and is yet to make his Hornets bow.
Now The Sun reports Championship side Brentford, whose star striker Scott Hogan was linked with a move away from Griffin Park in the summer, will use the January transfer window to try to secure his services until the end of the season.
