SARACENS fly-half Glen Jackson has been shortlisted for the Professional Rugby Players' Association (PRA) player of the year award.
The Kiwi leads the Guinness Premiership points scoring chart with 272, way ahead of nearest rival Bath's Olly Barkley (183).
Jackson has been nominated for the gong along with London Irish and England back Mike Catt, Bristol loose forwards Dan Ward-Smith and Roy Winters and Leicester winger Alesana Tuilagi.
Toby Flood (Newcastle), Shane Geraghty (London Irish), David Strettle (Quins), Tom Rees (Wasps) and Anthony Allen (Gloucester) are up for the young player of the year.
The winners will be announced at the PRA's awards dinner at London's Grosvenor House hotel on May 2.
