Police have released CCTV images of a woman after a purse was stolen in the Harlequin Centre .
Officers said the victim, a 29 year old woman, was in a clothes shop in the centre when her purse was removed from her bag at around 3.35pm on Thursday, July 26.
Images have been released of a woman police would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
PCSO Barnaby Goding said: "I would like to speak with the woman pictured as part of my inquiries; it may be that she has information which would assist my investigation. I would ask that she contact me or anyone who recognises her to contact me."
Anyone with information about the incident should contact PCSO Goding via the Herts Police non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference number C1/12/3572.
