The Hospice of St Francis is throwing open its doors and inviting families, companies and the public to visit and learn more about the work done there.
Visitors to the informal open day on August 7 can take a tour of the beautifully landscaped gardens, wander round the facility or talk to the doctors, nurses and fundraisers working there.
Hospice director Ros Taylor will also give a talk at 12.15pm and tea and cakes prepared on sight by kitchen staff.
Anybody interested in visiting the hospice and learning more about the work the charity does with residents across south west Hertfordshire , is welcome to turn up on the day between 10am and 2pm. There is no need to pre-book.
