Pupils from Kings Langley School have completed a four-week program helping with day care arrangements at the Peace Hospice.
The year eight pupils spent time talking to patients then completed a mixed-media collage based on their lives, experience and interests.
Pupil Amalia Thorslund said: “Being there with all of the patients was a once in a lifetime experience and it was amazing to mix two completely different generations together.”
The school have indicated they would be interested in repeating the program in future years.
