A leisure centre in Bushey is offering free activities and raising money for forces charity Help for Heroes this weekend.
Free fitness and fun sessions in the gym and swimming pool will be run at Bushey Grove, in Aldenham Road, on Saturday and Sunday.
Zumba, yoga, inflatable fun in the pool, arts and crafts and face painting are among the free classes and activities.
Visitors can also participate in one or all of three 20 minute Zumba, Kick Aerobics or Yoga masterclasses for a donation to Help for Heroes.
Hertsmere Leisure, which runs five of the borough’s sports and fitness facilities recently won a contract with Hertsmere Council to continue managing the centres for a further ten years.
Centre manager Paul Toomey said: “We wanted to celebrate our new partnership with the borough council by giving something back to the local community which has supported us over the last ten years.”
The free sessions will be run at specific times throughout the weekend. For more times and information, telephone the centre on 01923 470140.
