Private landlords in Watford and Three Rivers are being invited to an upcoming forum which will discuss how changes and housing benefits and allowances could affect them.
The summit, being hosted by Watford Borough and Three Rivers District council, next month will have representatives from the authorities’ benefits service talking about what landlords can expect from the changes which came into effect this month.
There will also be a presentation from the Eastern Landlords Association about the landlords association as well as a presentation by Paradigm Housing on a new leasing scheme.
The meeting is being held on the evening of Tuesday, February 14, at the Town Hall, Watford.
