An irate Radlett resident has taken the law into their own hands by using Twitter to expose drivers parking illegally and inconsiderately in the town.
The anonymous crusader has waged war with ill-mannered motorists by posting images of poor parking on the social networking site.
Since the ‘Twit Parking’ feed started last week, images have emerged of questionably-parked cars outside Newberries Primary School and Radlett Library.
The founder of the campaign has called on other Twitter users to post their own images of badly parked vehicles to “make drivers think again”.
Angry tweets so far include: “Just seen two cars parked in disabled bays in Watling Street without Blue Badges. I'll have a camera next time!”
Another stated: “I wish drivers around here understood what bus stop bays are for. They are for BUSES, idiots!”
What do you think about the Twitter campaign? Should more be done to combat rogue parking in Radlett? Check out the campaign by following @TwitParking and don’t forget to follow the Watford Observer’s own feed @Observer_Owl.
