Residents will have the opportunity to find out more about two key areas of the local development framework in the area during a public consultation.
Documents regarding site allocations, which set out proposed development sites, and the development management, which sets out the policies against planning applications, will be available for Three Rivers residents to view from January 23.
Residents will able to view the documents online at the council’s website, at the council offices and at all libraries in the district until March 5.
Councillor Martin Trevett, portfolio holder for the environment, said: “Following the recent adoption of the Core Strategy, which sets out the broad strategy for the planning of the area, we are now able to put more flesh on the bone in terms of delivery through detailed site proposals and policies.”
