Police are hunting a man after a woman was the victim of an indecent exposure in North Watford.
Officers said the victim was walking along Westfield Avenue at 7.30am on Wednesday when she noticed a male acting suspiciously.
The man, who was described as being white and in his mid-thirties, then exposed himself.
Police issued a description of the suspect who is said to be of a medium build and wearing a black jacket and jeans at the time.
He also had a grey patterned hat with ear flaps.
PC Karen Jordan, who is investigating the incident said: “We would urge anyone who may have seen this man in the area before or after the incident, or who may recognise his description to get in touch with us immediately.”
