A rail bridge in Watford that is a hot spot of pigeon mess will soon be proofed against birds thanks to a council grant.
Hertfordshire County Council has earmarked £1,250 to put up spikes along the bridge on Lammas Road.
The road is set to be closed off for two days on the week ending March 30 while the work is carried out.
