A group of Norwegian education experts visited Watford Grammar School for Boys to study its computer system of learning.
The eight visitors came to the school on Rickmansworth Road last Tuesday to see its virtual classroom software, Moodle, which helps students research topics and share documents.
The delegation also spoke to students to discuss the benefits of the system and were able to try it out for themselves.
Richard Carr, the assistant headteacher, said: "They were very impressed with their visit, and seemed to gain a lot from how we use our system.
“The boys were very happy to show our visitors how they used the system, and exactly what they did."
"When the visitors left they said they want to bring their head teachers next year."
