The trial of the man accused of murdering Watford resident Mujib Hakim is due to begin tomorrow.
Josh Lewis will appear at St Albans Crown Court accused of killing the 40-year-old, who was found buried in the back garden of a home in Merton Road in August.
The Royal Holloway University graduate had been missing since May 27.
Lewis, 20, of Merton Road, who denies the charge, also denies perverting the course of justice, preventing a lawful burial and possessing a stun gun.
Kevin Keegan, 22, of Stroudgate, Harrow, will also be on trial accused of perverting the course of justice and preventing a lawful burial, both of which he denies.
Updates will appear on the Watford Observer website throughout the duration of the case, which is expected to last for two and a half weeks.
