Students in Bushey got a taste of school life in America when they took part in a production of High School Musical recently.
About 120 Queens’ School pupils, in years seven to 13, helped stage the production across four nights for parents and friends.
Head of performing arts Jane Phillips praised her colleagues Lyndsey Rosen and Judith Perdue for helping make the show a success.
She said: “It went really well. The set was superb and the whole thing looked fantastic because the costumes were so good.
“It is good for the students who took part as they learn life skills like leadership and build confidence. The end show was the result of three months of significant contribution from all of the staff and students.”
The performances, staged between December 6 and 9, were watched by nearly 800 people.
